NAE-23                            

NAE-23 is clarifier for PE. Comparing with other clarifier for PE, it provides excellent dispersion in low processing temperature, the optical, mechanical properties and processability of PE, especially LLDPE, through by increasing the quantity of crystal nucleus, decreasing the size of sphero crystal.

Properties:

White powder, insoluble in water, methanol, ethanol, propanol, toluene, cyclohexane, and many other kinds of organic solvent.

Applications：

NAE-23 is mainly applied in LLDPE extrusion blown film, improving the light transmittance and surface gloss of film. It also improves the tearing strength , impact strength, and production efficiency.

Usages:

Mix NAE-23 and resin, process into product through extrusion or injection molding. In order to improve the dispersion, it is recommended to make NAE-23 into master batch or NDO.

Recommended dosage is 0.05~0.2%, according to the thickness of film.

Packaging and Storage:

Packed in PE bag, 15kg net each.

Store in cool, dry and ventilated place. Avoid direct exposure to the sun as well as heat source and humidity.
